    Arrival and departure

    Arrival from 4 p.m., departure by 10 a.m.

    In consultation and depending on previous / subsequent bookings, an earlier check-in or later check-out can be arranged. There is no entitlement to this.


    Rental price and payment method

    The price includes: all taxes, tourism fees, electricity, gas, water, use of air conditioning and pool cleaning. Includes bed linen and towels for the house and pool. No beach towels.

    Plus final cleaning: 275 €


    Down payment: 25% of the rental price for a binding booking

    Final payment: 75% of the rental price plus cleaning fee not later than 14 days before the arrival date

    Deposit: € 300. This must be deposited in cash on site.


    The prices are independent of the number of guests.


    Booking

    By confirming a booking request, we reserve the desired period for 24 hours.

    In addition, we guarantee the reservation upon receipt of the deposit on our account or upon receipt of a corresponding transfer receipt by email.

    If the interested party does not respont within a reasonable time (1 to 2 days) after an inquiry, we reserve the right to assign the requested period to other interested parties.


    Discounts

    Regular guests who book directly via www.casaamigos.de receive a 5% discount (from 2nd booking and each additional booking).

    We would be happy to make an individual offer for stays of 28 days or more


    Cancellation policy

    If you cancel at least 14 days before the date of arrival: 100% refund

    If you cancel between 14 and 7 days before the date of arrival: 50% refund

    If canceled less than 7 days before the date of arrival: no refund


    Cancellation must be recieved by 23:59 CET according to our cancellation policy to receive a refund.

    All of our offers are subject to change and non-binding. We reserve the right to change, add to or delete the content of the site.

Your Hosts


We gave the house the name, Casa Amigos, because we like to spend our holidays here regularly with our children, family and friends. It should be the house where you can have a great time with your loved ones. It is important to us that we feel comfortable there, that the house, pool and garden are in good condition and that nothing is lacking in terms of equipment. With this very selfish motivation, we are sure to do the best for our guests at the same time.
